About Me
Welcome. I am Adejoke Adeosun - a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a Chartered Secretary, an International Relations specialist, and a contemporary author. My career is defined by a unique intersection of legal advocacy, corporate governance, global strategy, and creative storytelling.
The Legal & Governance Foundation
My journey began in the historic, ancient city of Ibadan, Nigeria, where I was born and raised. Driven by a deep interest in justice and systemic structure, I pursued law at Adekunle Ajasin University, earning my Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. I went on to graduate from the Nigerian Law School, officially receiving my license to practice as a Solicitor and Advocate of Nigeria.
To bridge the gap between pure legal theory and corporate excellence, I qualified as a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN). This credential anchors my expertise in corporate compliance, institutional structures, and board advisory work. I also maintain an active membership with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
A Global Perspective
Believing that modern professional practice requires a global lens, I expanded my academic footprint to the United Kingdom. I obtained a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of East London. This advanced study deepened my understanding of transnational policy, global economics, and cross-cultural negotiations, allowing me to approach complex problems with a highly analytical, international framework.
The Creative Journey
While my background is firmly rooted in structures, regulations, and corporate strategy, I have always possessed a deep-seated passion for the written word. In 2023, I made my literary debut with the release of my timeless book, Honey and Maggots. Writing allows me to explore human experiences, nuances, and social dynamics through a creative and philosophical lens, offering a fulfilling balance to my corporate and legal pursuits.
Today, whether I am navigating corporate governance frameworks, offering legal insight, or crafting narratives, I bring a rare blend of rigorous discipline, local heritage, and international perspective to everything I do.
